"text": "Self-managed Radar ships as a Helm chart and an RPM, as described in [Install Radar](https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/radar/install). Get the RPM from the [Redis Download Center](https://redis.io/downloads/#Modules_Tools_and_Integration), the container images from Docker Hub, and the Helm chart from the Redis Helm repository at `https://helm.redis.io/radar`. Each release's notes list the exact chart version, container images, and packages under **Downloads**.\n\nRadar ships on two support tracks:\n\n- **Long-Term Support (LTS)** releases prioritize stability and receive support for an extended period. Choose LTS if you want predictable upgrade cycles.\n- **Short-Term Support (STS)** releases give you earlier access to new features and improvements, but have a shorter support lifecycle and need more frequent upgrades.\n\nSTS releases receive security and bug fixes for 6 months after release. LTS releases receive support for 2 years.\n\nInstall a new release when you're ready to upgrade. See [Install Radar](https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/radar/install).\n\n| Release | Support track | What changed |\n|--------------------------------------------------------------------|---------------|--------------------------------------|\n| [2026.10.1](https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/radar/release-notes/2026-10-1) | STS | Alert descriptions, complete usage exports, and air-gapped OpenShift installs. |\n| [2026.9.5](https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/radar/release-notes/2026-9-5) | STS | Connect clusters with an agent. |\n| [2026.9.2](https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/radar/release-notes/2026-9-2) | STS | Initial release. |"
